I work at the intersection of Business Strategy, Technology, and User Experience, shipping platforms that scale from The Philippines to Global Markets.
I'm a Digital Product Manager and Product Owner based in the Philippines, with over 8 years of hands-on Product Leadership and a 15+ year foundation in Technology Delivery and Consulting.
My career has taken me across complex digital landscapes, from Enterprise Insurance Servicing Platforms to Global Distributor and Customer Onboarding Systems supporting customer registration across Americas, EU, MENA, and Asia-Pacific Markets.
Before moving fully into product, I spent 14 years at Accenture, progressing from Application Development Team Lead to Functional Architect to Product Owner. That depth shaped how I think, holding a strategic vision and a technical conversation in the same breath.
I specialize in Digital Onboarding, Cross-Market Platform Rollouts, Payments, and Agile Delivery, and thrive in the complexity of aligning global standards with local market realities.
My path spans technology delivery, functional architecture, and product ownership — built across a global consulting leader and some of the Philippines' most recognised enterprises.
At Unicity, I lead product ownership of the digital platforms that power distributor and customer onboarding, content delivery, and regional growth across multiple markets. My remit spans the full product lifecycle — from roadmap strategy to cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, QA, and regional stakeholders.
A significant part of my role involves supporting enrollment operations for Americas, EU, MENA, and Asia-Pacific markets, balancing global platform standards against local regulatory and operational requirements. I also manage vendor partnerships and drive improvements to payment experiences and checkout flows that directly impact customer acquisition.
I joined East West Ageas at the AVP level to own product roadmap alignment across a complex web of business, IT, and program management stakeholders during an enterprise-wide digital transformation. I served as the primary product decision authority — keeping delivery teams focused on the highest-value initiatives while building stakeholder confidence through structured, business-focused sprint reviews.
At AXA, I owned the product backlog and roadmap for digital customer experience platforms serving policyholders across the enterprise. Working closely with business units and technology teams, I led the redesign of key customer servicing journeys — ensuring all changes met regulatory requirements while integrating smoothly with core enterprise systems.
My 14 years at Accenture were foundational. I progressed from leading application development teams to architecting enterprise-scale solutions — and ultimately to owning product strategy as a Product Owner in partnership with platform CTOs and senior stakeholders.
As a Functional Architect, I translated complex business requirements into scalable system designs. As a Product Owner, I owned roadmaps and delivery across global teams — building the cross-functional leadership depth I now bring to every product I manage.
